You will receive a confirmation email within 2 working hours of placing your order. If no confirmation is received, it is your responsibility to call us as your order may not have submitted successfully.

We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value, if items become unavailable by factors relating to the season, supply or any other factors outside of our control.

Please note orders placed after our office is closed cannot be guaranteed for the following day.  Please contact our office in the morning and we will advise order availability and delivery time.

Any orders placed after 12:00pm the day before delivery, may be subject to change.  On rare occasions, we may not be able to fulfill your order, including orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday.

Orders must be placed before 12pm the day before or at least 24 hours in advance.  Orders placed after 12pm the day before will incur a 10% rush charge.
